disable the "Related Questions" menu when typing a question

While tying a new question title, a drop-down menu appears underneath it showing a list of possibly related topics. This is meant to help prevent lots of duplicate content so people aren't answering the same questions over and over again.

However, it also seems to interfere with typing correctly. And I'm also not sure how effective it is in preventing duplicate content anyway. Most people seem to just post their question regardless of if it's been asked already.

I think this is important but only insomuch as the box tries to automatically fill in what you are typing. I think having related questions pop up to avoid too many duplicate questions is good, just not automatically filling in what they 'think' you are writing.
